I recently had the opportunity to listen to Arthur Falcone and I was brought back to the guitar solos I loved in the 80's.
His playing style reminds me a lot of Yngwie Malmsteen and Joe Satriani with a little bit of Iron Maiden thrown in for good measure. He's also very handsome, with long, curly black hair a la Slash, but with his trademark, a cowboy hat.
Arthur Falcone has an extensive discography going back to 1982 and he's still active today teaching guitar at the House of Trieste in Italy and perfoming with his band Stargazer. He most recently performed at the Outdoor Summer Concert Series in Vienna.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading about Arthur Falcone and listening to his music, including my favorite track, "Thunderbolt", and I think you will too.
